This policy applies to purchases made directly from OkkProxy’s official channels, covering (including but not limited to) Dynamic Residential Proxies, Static ISP Proxies, Datacenter Proxies, Mobile (Dynamic/Static) Proxies, and Unlimited Proxy Servers (collectively, the “Services”). Purchases made via resellers or non‑official marketplaces are excluded.
1. Scope & Definitions
This policy covers orders placed on OkkProxy’s official website or designated sales links. “Services” refers to proxy network access and related features granted by your plan.
2. Eligibility (all must be met)
- Official channel: The order was placed via OkkProxy’s official site or designated sales links.
- Payment type: A non‑crypto method (card, PayPal, bank). Crypto payments are non‑refundable unless required by law.
- Request window: Submitted within 7 days from the first purchase of the specific plan.
- Technical availability (either improves eligibility):
- Within the first 7 days, the Service was persistently unusable due to non‑user causes and could not be remediated within 15 days after your report; or
- OkkProxy confirmed a widely impacting system incident.
Note: The usage cap distinguishes light testing from substantive usage; exceeding either cap disqualifies a refund.
3. Non‑Refundable Cases (including but not limited to)
- Requests submitted after 7 days;
- Crypto payments;
- Purchases from non‑official channels;
- Failures caused by target‑site anti‑bot measures, account/compliance restrictions, or third‑party tools beyond OkkProxy’s control (captcha solvers, fingerprint browsers, etc.);
- Breaches of the Terms of Service or illegal/prohibited uses;
- Abusive/anomalous behavior (stress testing, repeated buy‑and‑refund, etc.);
- Consumed promotional benefits (trial credits, bonuses) cannot be returned;
- Active chargebacks/disputes not withdrawn;
- Other cases excluded by applicable law or contract.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Submit: Contact our online customer service or email us with your order ID, payment method, issue description, logs/screenshots, and network context.
- Technical review: We may ask for details to reproduce the issue.
- Decision: We typically respond within 3–7 business days after receiving complete materials (complex cases are updated along the way).
- Payout: If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method; posting time depends on your payment provider.
- Pro‑rata options: For confirmed system incidents beyond the 7‑day window with some usage, we may offer pro‑rated refunds or service extensions (not applicable to crypto payments).
5. Documentation & Cooperation
Please keep a reachable email/IM and provide reproducible details (target sites, timestamps, egress IP ranges, client/SDK configs). Complete KYC or provide clarifications if risk‑control checks are involved.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy based on business or legal requirements. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Please review periodically.
